Harbor Town Marine Announces New Project in Marinette, WI
Bayland Buildings, Inc. is proud to announce that we have been selected as the Design/Build General Contractor for Harbor Town Marine's newest boat storage facility in Marinette, WI. This project will deliver a 25,575-square-foot, 48-foot-high, fully insulated marine storage facility designed to accommodate sailboats and other large-scale vessels with maximum efficiency, safety, and comfort. Construction will begin soon and is expected to be completed in 2026.

(3) 40’x40’ bi-fold doors, and (1) 60’x40’ bi-fold door.
High bay aluminum windows on all four elevations for natural light and visibility.
In-floor heating for optimal climate control.
