Since 2011, Bayland Buildings, Inc., has developed a long-standing relationship with Alpha Senior Concepts. Overall Bayland constructed two ground-up facilities and two expansions.

Project Features:

  • A new Community Based Residential Facility and later expansion

  • Single and double suites with a private bathroom

  • Community and courtyard areas

  • Kitchen and dinning area 

  • Beauty Salon and spa
