  • An addition onto Christian Hill Dairy's freestall barn and milking parlor

  • 4 row freestall barn is a steel frame structure that was attached to the existing wood frame structure

  • The addition made room for 400 additional cows to be housed at the facility

  • The parlor went from a double 14 to a double 24 with an additional office and equipment room

  • The parlor addition now has the convenience of direct load

  • With minimal interruption and down time in the parlor, Christian Hill Dairy was able to milk cows throughout the addition project

  • Bayland's team worked with Christian Hill's excavator, plumber, electrician, and milking equipment company

  • By having biweekly onsite job meetings, the construction project went smooth due to open communication throughout the project
