Bayland constructed a 83,000 SF expansion of Neenah Paper's, Appleton, Wisconsin Mill. The project included incentives from Focus on Energy, Wisconsin's statewide program for energy efficiency and renewable energy and training and tax support provided by the Wisconsin Economic Development Council.
