Dick’s Family Foods and Bayland Buildings, Inc., partnered to construct a new grocery store for the Village of Sherwood. The new facility was a much-needed development for the village that went without a local grocery store for over eight years. The new store was designed to incorporate a look and feel similar to Dick’s Family Foods flagship store which resides in Wrightstown, Wisconsin.

  • 20,400 SF facility with a 12,400 SF retail area

  • Deli and bakery department

  • Meat department

  • Produce department

  • Liquor department with beer cooler

  • Second floor mezzanine office area

  • Second floor mezzanine refrigeration rack
