Festival Foods selected Bayland Buildings, Inc., to renovate its De Pere, Wisconsin location. The project included the expansion of the wine and spirits department, an exterior update, renovation of the natural foods department and additional tenant updates.

  • Demolition and renovation of Festival Foods and neighboring tenants

  • Upgrades and updates to HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

  • Expansion to existing grocery store to include new wine and spirits department
