FOND DU LAC, WISCONSIN

The Shops at Westwind are located along Wisconsin interstate 41, yet visibility was one of the owner's challenges.  Bayland created an architectural focal point to give the center greater visibility from the highway. We also worked with the electrical sub-contractor to come up with creative lighting ideas.

  • 15,000 SF multi-tenant retail building

  • Designed for high visibility

  • The outlet was also designed for future occupancy
